A digital nomad life doesn’t belong to those who work exclusively online. My talk will focus on how a digital dinosaur like me can manage a bricks and mortar business remotely. We’ll go through tips on how to stay organised whilst managing staff, responding to customers and commissioning suppliers – all whilst on the other side of the world!
